This Geisha coffee is produced at Finca Auromar (also known as Auroma/Auromar Estate) in Panama, located in the western highlands near the Costa Rica border. The farm is part of Panama’s specialty Geisha sector and cultivates coffee at high elevations under shade, with an emphasis on small, export-focused lots. Geisha is a variety originally from Ethiopia that has become strongly associated with Panama.

The coffee is processed using the natural method, in which whole cherries are dried prior to milling. At estates like Auromar, this typically involves careful cherry selection and controlled drying to meet export quality standards.
