Bonita Springs Farm is a specialty coffee estate in Panama, situated in the Alto Lino area of the renowned Boquete region. The farm has been owned and operated by the Miró family for many decades, with a renewed focus on producing high-quality specialty coffee in recent years. With fertile volcanic soils, abundant water from multiple rivers and natural springs, and unique microclimates created by both Atlantic and Pacific breezes, Bonita Springs is ideally positioned for growing distinctive coffee varietals, including the rare Wush Wush. 

This particular lot is processed using the natural method, where ripe cherries are dried intact, allowing sugars and fruit character to develop deeply in the beans. The Wush Wush varietal — originally from Ethiopia and now cultivated at higher altitudes in Panama — offers an expressive and complex profile, with Goldkind highlighting this rare coffee as a Wush Wush Natural in their seasonal offerings.
