(Toim.huom. Tämä on niin uusi kahvi, ettei sille ole vielä omaa hienoa kuvaa Seyn oman verkkokaupan tyylin mukaisesti! Tämmönen kuva oli tehtävä iha ite, eletään sen kanssa :P)
This is our first year purchasing coee from Eudis
Orosco, marking the beginning of a new project in
Peru, specifically in the Cusco region. The
producers and coees from this area are truly
remarkable. In the cup we find vibrant citrus
acidity, ripe peach, and white lilac.

ABOUT EUDIS OROSCO
Eudis Orosco and his wife, Victoria, manage their farm with a deep respect
for nature, preserving much of the old-growth forest and fostering a diverse
ecosystem. Their approach to coee production blends traditional agroforestry
methods with practices guided by the lunar cycle. For them, ecosystem
management is the management of life itself—a philosophy that shapes every
aspect of their farm.
ABOUT SL9
Colloquially known as “Gesha Inca,” SL9 is a rare cultivar belonging to the
Ethiopian Legacy group. While its exact genetic fingerprint does not currently exist
in the database, it closely resembles SL09, which is why we refer to it as SL9. “SL” is
in reference to single tree selections made by Scott Agricultural Laboratories in
1935-1939, and slight genetic variations from ancient, less well-identified references
are scientifically acceptable. While SL28, SL34, and Mibirizi are the most widely
grown cultivars from the SL selections, SL09—and by extension, SL9—remains
uncommon in cultivation today.
